Children are very important people at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. We are committed to helping each child grow up feeling good about God, church, and himself so he will eagerly absorb God's love and God's Word into his head, heart, and actions. Children receive special attention, instruction, love, and care at Mt. Zion. We know that feeling good about God and church is the first step in choosing to follow God. We work at making each child's church time happy, fun, friendly, and exciting. We want to support parents in the challenge of parenting and to ensure the best for our children's future.

What's Going On??

We have Sunday school every Sunday morning starting at 10 am with the night service starting at 5 pm. On Wednesday nights starting @ 7pm we work on special music, plays, do missions work, etc. We also provide a nursery during Sunday morning & Wednesday night services. Currently the kids have already started working on the Christmas play on Wednesday nights. Lisa Sanderson started a new Sunday night class a few weeks back & the kids are having a great time learning about Jesus while doing crafts & other fun things. Please contact us if you would like your child to attend but do not have a way to get them to Church.                                                                                        Updated 7/16/2010
